Atlas Audit summarizes wagers you have already placed. It does not predict outcomes, recommend bets, or tell you what to do next. Read this page once before you read your report.
01. Informational purposes only
The Atlas Audit report (the “Report”) is provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or gambling advice. Nothing in the Report is a recommendation to place, modify, increase, or refrain from any wager.
02. Not a professional service
Atlas is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, accounting firm, or licensed tax preparer. The Report does not establish any professional relationship between you and Atlas. For decisions with tax, legal, or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.
03. Data accuracy
The Report is generated from data we receive from our third- party data partner (currently SharpSports) and from the sportsbooks you connect. We do not independently verify that data. Bets that did not sync, that synced incompletely, that were placed outside the sportsbooks you connected, or that were settled differently than reported will not be reflected accurately. The figures in the Report can change if the underlying data changes; re-running a Report at a later date may produce different numbers.
04. Past performance, future results
A historical summary of your wagers is not predictive. Win rates, ROI, hot streaks, and cold streaks reflect what happened; they do not establish what will happen. Variance is real and substantial in sports wagering. Even a positive- expectation strategy can produce extended losing stretches, and an apparently profitable record over a short window may be the product of variance rather than skill.
05. Behavioral commentary
Where the Report includes narrative commentary about your wagering patterns (for example, references to parlay use, favorite bias, or stake sizing), that commentary is a characterization of patterns visible in your synced data and is not a diagnosis, an accusation, or a medical or psychological opinion. 06. Eligibility and lawful use
The Service is intended for U.S. residents who are at least 21 years old. Sports wagering is restricted by jurisdiction and is unlawful in some places. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your wagering and your use of the Service comply with the laws that apply to you.
07. No affiliation with sportsbooks
Atlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, or any other sportsbook. References to sportsbooks in the Report identify the source of the data, not a commercial relationship.
