Privacy Policy

Effective May 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Atlas Audit (“Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, the Atlas Audit report service, and related communications (collectively, the “Service”).

01. 1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you purchase a Report, our payment partner (Stripe) processes your payment-card information; we receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

Sportsbook wagering data. When you connect a sportsbook account through our data partner (currently SharpSports), we receive the wagering history that partner makes available to us — including bet amounts, markets, sides, odds, settlement outcomes, and account identifiers. We do not see, receive, or store your sportsbook username or password.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Service, our servers and our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically record certain information, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and aggregated usage analytics.

02. 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • render your Report and deliver it to you;
  • email you the Report and any service-related notifications;
  • process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your wagering data to train machine-learning models that are made available to third parties, and we do not sell your personal information.

03. 3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with the limited set of service providers that help us operate the Service. As of the Effective date above, those providers include:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • SharpSports — sportsbook data connection and bet-history retrieval.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Vercel — web hosting and serverless infrastructure.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Anthropic — limited language-model inference used to generate certain narrative sections of your Report from your own data; bet data is processed and not retained for training.
  • DigitalOcean — server hosting for backend processing.

Each of these providers is bound by its own contractual obligations to handle your information for the limited purposes described above. We may also share information if required by law, in response to a valid legal process, to protect our rights, to investigate fraud, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (in which case we will notify you).

04. 4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you signed in and to protect your session. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party advertising trackers. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from signing in.

05. 5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain your synced wagering data and generated Reports so that you can re-run or re-download previous Reports. If you would like us to delete your account and the data associated with it, email cameron@atlaspicks.app from the address on file and we will delete it within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law (for example, for tax-records purposes related to your purchase).

06. 6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls in our database, and limited access to production credentials. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, please email us immediately.

07. 7. Your Choices and Rights

All users. You can update your name and email through your account, unsubscribe from non-essential email, and request deletion of your account as described above.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any of these rights, email cameron@atlaspicks.app from the address on file. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Residents of other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, and delete personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. We do not engage in either. Email us to exercise any applicable right.

08. 8. Children

The Service is for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please email us and we will delete it.

09. 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service.
